Ekbal is a dedicated pharmacology expert with a B.Pharm and M.Pharm from MAKAUT, West Bengal, India. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at APC College of Pharmacy. His prior role as a Research Assistant in the Department of Hematology at NRS Medical College and Hospital enriched his expertise, particularly in molecular biology. Combining academic depth with clinical perspective, Ekbal actively collaborates with OpenEdge Science, where he contributes to workshops and training sessions aimed at connecting research with practical application.

Invited to present at the 1st International Faculty Development Program to address students and faculty as a keynote speaker on applications of AI/ML in pharmaceutical innovation
